A Sign of Judgement

Some people are so quick to judge today…they make up their minds about something before they know all the facts, or they pass judgement based on half- truths to support their own agendas.

You don’t have to go very far out of your way to see it play out in the media today as the headlines are about smearing a good man based on one sketchy tale.  But, I am sure in your own spectrum of reality you have experienced this in your own life.  Perhaps you have been judged based on lies or half-truths and that judgement cost you a job, or a relationship.

The last day or so I have been judged as some kind of heretic by a Facebook troll for posting pictures of the zodiac signs and other constellations on my blog and on Facebook.  This person does not know me…but is passing judgement as if he’s some kind of anointed authority.  Well here’s the truth.

I do not believe in horoscopes, most of the time they are generalities anyway.  But I do believe the wonders in the sky were put there for a reason.  As Genesis says in Chapter 1 verse 14 “…and let them be signs to mark the seasons…” All of God’s creations are there for a purpose.  I take no part in reading mine or anyone else’s future based on these “signs”, that is not consistent with the teachings of the Word and Jesus makes no bones about His distaste for sorcerers, witchcraft, astrologers and such that try and amplify their pagan beliefs by such practices.

On the other hand I am a very naturally spirit filled person.  I would rather spend my days in solitude with the wonders of nature, that include the sky’s above and the waters below, then embarked in the confusion of mass population and man’s continued pollution of the natural world and their own minds as well.  The masses only appeal to me if they are faithful, then we shine as one, as God intended.

The pictures I take of the night sky are just that… pictures, nothing more or nothing less.  But when I look at a night sky and see all the “signs” God has placed around us to encourage our faith…I look to what I seen that morning I wrote “The Lap of Gemini”…anybody who reads that and for one minute thinks it is not intended to be faithfully inspirational…has a sour attitude and twisted agenda beforehand.

It inspired me and was delivered to me to witness and testify to the wonders that surround us.  Throughout your life I’m sure you’ve heard people say. “Show me a sign so I can believe” perhaps you’ve said it yourself.  There is nothing wrong with wanting a little self- assurance, but faith is just that… faith.

Believing in our Lord and Savior and casting aside the hate and confusion in this world is a definite leap of faith.  But, all you have to do is look at how that faith has worked for so many throughout history and in our own world today, to see a “sign” that it is real and that it can have a profound effect on your daily life…and the life here after.

I am not a formally trained minister, my training has come from the Word of God and a life of prayer; a life of asking questions, of searching for truth and understanding, of experiencing many ups and downs that only add to my testimony and walk in the faith and sometimes waking up in the middle of the night for no particular reason other than to see a wonder in the sky.

My life is changing and I do not know what tomorrow brings.  I know there are haters out there that would look at me, my past and what I say and do today and find fault with it in some way.  That’s fine with me as I know these words are not meant for everybody.
In all these years I have never had anyone question my faith and my intentions with my blog…until yesterday when one man did based on my night sky pics.

Well sir, if that’s all you got to challenge me with I suggest you take a hard look in the mirror at your own life and faith…if you even have any…before you pass judgement on someone you don’t know.

My life is changing, your life is changing, this country is changing.  To make America great again we must return to our roots, where a man was judged on his works, when trust was gained by a look in the eye and a handshake, rather than an internet resume.

Those that want a free society, to do as they feel while riding the coat tails of a prosperous nation in the hope of some open society where anything goes…your days are numbered.  The days of infiltrating our good country to degrade it to standards of sinfulness, deceit and divisiveness are over, for the vast majority of true Americans in this country know they can look to the sky and see wonders set before them…not to worship them…but to acknowledge that we have an incredible Creator that has compassion for the people here and the promised land He created.

We live in this Promised Land and most of us walk in the faith of a Lord that will make this land even better over time, just remember that the next time someone questions your own faith, they’re probably speaking from the bowels of satan in an effort to derail your good intentions.

My intentions will not be thwarted for to know God is to seek God and every day and night that I seek the Lord; He shows me the majesty of His Ways.  Reach out to Him as you walk in faith and if you haven’t yet received His Grace, pray to Him, ask for forgiveness and turn your life over to a faith based life that believes He sacrificed His life for you and trust in His Word…and the signs that are all around and inside of you since the day you were born.

My life is an open book spread out over the pages of this blog…but there are many stories I haven’t shared and many stories I hear every day from people of faith.  I have little time to argue with the faithless…I prefer to spend my time with the faithful in an effort to learn and increase my own beliefs and understanding.  I will not for one second let some self-proclaimed expert tell me what to say and do, for I take my direction from my God and Lord & Savior…what else is there when all is said and done but… Faith, Family, Friends and the Flag.  This is what drives me and I hope it drives you too.

I pray for this country to return to its roots and become a stronger nation.  For the evil doers and those that would see this country torn apart by race, hate and social divisiveness to just simply change their ways or fade away into nothing…for nothing they are when compared to the Glory of God and what He can do for you in your life.  Go in Peace and Love will follow, be in faith and the faithless will fall on their own sword.  Our faith is not a hope...it is a reality!

Thank you so much for your support and time over the past year.  God’s Graces Always.
