The Shadow of Our Souls

In the beginning God’s shadow moved thru the darkness of a vast expanse.  He created the dark expanse long ago and now His shadow moved through it even though there was no light.  All there was darkness and the Words of God were with His shadow.

As His shadow moved through the expanse it was cast from light from even further away…light that could not be seen in our solar system for He had not delivered it yet.  So nothing was alive…it was a vast expanse of dark emptiness with remnants of floating rock, remains from the first creation.  Without light there could be no life. 

So God made it so, that light would be cast into our solar system.  Now the shadow of God took formation from the light and all was good.  As His shadow moved thru our heavens it found favor with it.

So He paused and set out to create day and night, and life giving water was abundant as He made that too.  He then separated the waters and called it sky, then separated the water even further and called it land and we had the foundation of a living and breathing Earth, created from the darkness.

He created the fruits and tress of our Earth and He created them with seed to live on thru eternity.  But His shadow knew that once He left the light would fade, so He set the Sun and Moon in their places to shed life giving light on the Earth.  Once this was done the light from all His other creations in the heavens could be seen at night, as the Moon was merely a night light, where the Sun was day light.

Then God placed the first life on Earth, knowing all along over time these creatures would evolve and propagate and fill the Earth with oceans of sea-life and forests of all kinds of birds and walking creatures.

But something was still missing.  There was nothing on this newly created Earth to remember how all this was created.  So He created the first man and the first woman as detailed in the origins of creation, as the Word of God was delivered to man to keep record of his creation in the Book of Genesis.

Much time has passed since ancient Earth was created.  But the Word of God and the memory of creation and future events were cast in place and laid on every man, woman and child’s heart as they were created.  In that way we are born pure and innocent with the Word of God, the story of creation and all the future developments leading up to the day His Spirit returns to this Earth embedded on our hearts.  We can never forget, for we are born with it.  It is cast in the shadow of our souls.

The other night I was talking to a friend and the conversation took a turn towards spirituality.  She stated she was a deist.  She believed in God, that He is our creator but doesn’t interfere with events on Earth and thus does not believe in Jesus Christ.  Well, belief in God alone will not get you to Heaven, but I guess deist don’t believe in that either.  This is where they are wrong in so many ways.  They claim that the story of Jesus is too closely related to ancient Greek tales that happened long before the birth of Christ. Deism is just another misguided thought put in man’s head by satan to cloud the imprint of creation and history we are born with in our hearts and souls. 

The reason the story of Christ resembles some ancient mythical tales of old is because the creators and authors of these ancient tales had the creation of this Earth, the history of man and the life of Christ in their hearts and souls as well, well before the events of Christ happened in our history…they had these memories cast in their souls.

The great authors, artists, musicians and leaders of ancient before Christ times had tapped into these memories and expressed their thoughts the best way they could, because they lacked the actual history of Christ we have today. 

I gave her this explanation, having never given it before, as the words just came to me.  She looked at me, considered it and we then talked about other things.  I think she is considering it even more as time goes by.  The Lord works in incredible, not mysterious, ways.  They are only a mystery to those that do not understand.  For us in the faith His works and Word are reality and they speak loud and clear in a world of confusion and false doctrines.

The creation of this Earth, the life and times of Christ and the fact that He is the true Son of God sent for our salvation is embedded in every heart and soul…so that when we hear the Word of God…it rings a chord that cannot be denied. It is only lessened and diminished by the deception of the devil who has planted so many seeds of doubt in man’s head that it is often hard for us to accept the reality of a loving and caring God who sacrificed His own blood, by His Son, for our behalf.

The seeds of satan result in weeds, war and a fiery wrath….the seeds of God result in flowers of life, peace and harmony with a living God who will return in the near future to separate the weeds from the flowers.  Then the realization of truth we carry in our hearts and souls will shine for eternity. 

Don’t be a weed, for your roots will dry up, your life will disintegrate and your memories will be lost. 

Rather, be a shining light in a world of darkness. Just as our God was when He first created this magnificent planet we call Earth.

We are born with memories of the past and the future, they are the shadow of our souls, embedded on our hearts forever…remember them, believe in them and His light will enhance yours so we can all live as a flowing field of flowers with peace and harmony.
