By Grace We Live

What is this life we are given?  For once a chance at destiny.

When others mock and jest, we hold our tongue for in the faith we are.

When times are tough, we thank our Lord for His love endures.

Today, is the best day to be alive and in the Grace of God

For we know that this Grace will empower His faithful to new heights.

When we are low, our spirit He will touch and make our hearts glow

When we are high, our spirit He will touch and put our mind at ease.

What others may say is crazy, His faithful know better for they too have seen.

Why then do they continue to hate and divide? Why else but to drown our faith.

But our faith will not be quenched; the fire burns inside and warms a tender a heart

As we walk this chosen destiny, we run to our faith

For that is all we have in a world full of doubt and misguided souls

Souls that better search themselves, or they will be left alone with no comfort.

Why then do they distrust and call false something they don’t understand?

Because it is their choice, a choice made among the distractions of a temporary world.

You have that choice, believe in His grace and follow the faithful to new heights

Heights only the faithful know, for the heathens cannot go.

We ride the rainbows of a promised oath to a land of milk and honey.

Do not let those without faith influence a decision you will surely regret

Run from your heathen ways, to the arms of forgiveness and salvation.

A sign you need to have or strengthen your faith? Then you have no clue

Faith hits you out of the blue and when it does a sign you will see

Don’t forget and don’t cast away for another may not be given.

Have faith in the Lord and all things are possible, including saving your own soul

Faith in God is wonderful, and as you grow in His Ways, it will be even more so.

I pray today for all those lost souls who know the Word

But chose to ignore the call that rings in their heart

That chose to let this world guide their ways, oh people do not be deceived

This world will grab you and distract you from seeing the signs of faith

That are all around you and born inside you.

You who are searching can end your search at the door of the Lord

He is knocking, will you let Him in? For He may not come back again.

As you start your day, thank Him for all you have

Even if it is little, even if it is not whole, or even if it is sick

No disease lives forever, they can all be cured, but we must have faith.

We have endured the storm, now we must clean up the scatter

And ignore all this idle and confusing chatter.

We must have strength, courage, patience and wisdom

But these are not granted unless we ask and have faith.

Give thanks we have come this far, to witness His glories unfold.

Another time another place, it is all happened before and will happen again.

We in the faith all play a bit part in the movie called “By Grace We Live”

For the faithful know it is no mystery, it is reality.

As we move forward and chart a new legacy

Let us not forget our destiny and those who have fallen

In the arms of God they reside, waiting for the day

When we can all be safe in the night and look to the stars

For that is all the signs we need Oh Lord, You put them there.

Deliver us from evil and crush his legions of hate

Then we will be a brighter star, for others to see from somewhere afar.

Have Love in your heart...for that is the Grace of Faith.
