Silence

Silence has a voice, a whisper in the air.
Silence is a thread of knowledge few seem to care.
Silence will rock you, like your grandmothers chair.
Silence will speak to you if you only dare.
Silence holds no grudge; in the quiet all is fair.
Silence is my refuge in a world full of fear.
Silence is a sound that shades the glare.
Silence is soft and gentle like a newborns hair.
Silence is strong and spry like an adolescent hare.
Silence speaks to me in ways I can only hear.
Silence lives among us but also has a mystical lair.
Silence flows wildly in the wind like a stallion’s mare.
Silence will leave you guessing how far or near.
Silence will tear your hide like a sharp knife used to pare.
Silence is a food that resembles a sweet golden pear.
Silence is a witness to everything no matter how rare.
Silence holds the mysteries we long to share.
Silence is the first a last step to Heavens stair.
Silence holds its’ strength, a seemingly fearless stare.
Silence is a power that will grip, rip and tear.
Silence is full of promise, the quiet is always there.
Silence blankets you like a warm coat to wear.
Silence will speak to you too, if you know where.

Find time in your busy day to enjoy a few moments of silence.
In her arms you will find peace and comfort if you empty your mind.
In these quiet moments you will hear the Lords’ voice.
In these subtle moments you will connect with your soul.
Silence is a powerful force you can use to control your emotions.
In the silence you have a voice, even if no one listens.
Be at peace with yourself and silence will be all the sweeter.

Take the time to stop and listen….the seas and trees have a voice too.

Gods’ Graces and Natures’ Wisdom to you and yours.
