Where do you go when life casts you out?
What do you do when strife has overwhelmed your days?
Who do you run to when all hell is crashing around you?
When life is good, you feel you don’t need a savior.
When life is bad, you cry out for salvation.
I say when life is good, you should cry all the louder.
For the salvation you don’t need today,
May someday soon… be most needed.
Why not sing Gods' Graces in the good times
So the bad times stay behind you.
For a strong and righteous spirit dispels the wicked,
Heals the sick, comforts the lonely, sorts the confusion
And uplifts souls in and about and all around.
